Finding a new job is often a daunting, frightening and time consuming process and many find approaching an agency intimidating.
Resolution Recruitment has worked hard to ensure that candidates feel at ease when discussing their ambitions and requirements within a confidential and relaxed environment. What to expect?
Candidates will spend on average between 30-40 minutes at our office. The process is very informal and is used to gain a clear vision of candidate’s future aspirations and goals, the type of role and the working environment they are seeking. This also gives us an opportunity to assess their abilities and skills and to evaluate the culture and organisation they are best suited too. We will then discuss any suitable positions, offer CV advice, interview techniques and any additional training.
Once registered, we will market candidates to various organisations in the area and maintain contact with candidates regularly to inform them of new opportunities that match their requirements. We will also keep them informed of the progress of any applications.
Prior to any interviews candidates are provided with full detailed interview confirmations, job descriptions, interview techniques and company information.
We will also negotiate any job offers, start dates and contracts of employment
